Booth
spaces
on
downtown
sidewalks
are
$35.00
each and are approximately
8'
deep
x
12'
wide. A
10'
tent
will
fit
in
this
area
but
you
will
have
to
allow
space
for
people
to
move
through
the
front
of
your
tent
so
the
sidewalk
is
not
blocked. Spaces
available
on North Pendleton Ave. are 12'wide and 10' deep.
(No
water, food,
or
soda
pop
sales
unless
you
are
an
approved
food
vendor
with
a
higher
booth
fee. )
You
may
rent
2
or
more
spaces
together.
I
will
have
a

No
stakes
can
be
used
to
hold
down
your
tent
so
weights
will
need
to
be
used
and
must
be
tied
to
the
tent
when
it
is
erected.
Gallon
jugs
or
large
detergent
bottles
filled
with
water,
cement
or
sand
may
be
used. Cement blocks or any heavy weights are ok but must be tied to the
tent.
Food
vendor
spaces
are
$85.00
Please
state
if
you
need
electricity & the amount,
water,
and
the
size
of
your
setup. (No
food
may
be
sold
without
the
proper
health
department
permits,
except
by
non
profit
groups)
Describe
what
kind
of
merchandise/food
you
have.
Applications
are
due
by
April
1, 2010.
Sign
and
mail
the
application
with
your
check
or
money
order
and
the
Waiver
of
Liability
form
to
the
address
above.
Please
make
checks
payable
to
the
Pendleton
Business
Association.
In
the
event
you
are
not
accepted,
your
check
will
be
returned.
For
your
information,
the
following
rules
apply:

community

be
sold,
exhibited
or
demonstrated. |

will
be

5:30
p.m.
on
Thursday, April 29.

6:00

Security
is
provided

and
Saturday
nights

Tear
down

Vendor
parking
will
be
at
the
Methodist
church,
west
of
the
Post
office. |

There
will
be
NO
DOUBLE
PARKING
ALLOWED
on
State
Road
38
(State
Street). |

No
electricity
or
running
water
is
available
except
for
food
vendors |

Vendors
are
responsible
for
the
trash
in
their
own
areas. |

Downtown
businesses
are
not
responsible
for
loss,
damage
or
security. |

Vendors
must
supply
their
own
tables,
chairs,
etc. |

All
rules
and
regulations
set
by
the
Pendleton
Police
Department,
Pendleton
Fire
Department and the Town of Pendleton will
apply
and
be
obeyed. |

Vendors
will
not
block
the
doorways
of
the
downtown
businesses.
Vendor
submits
payment
and
signed
Liability
Waiver
with
this
signed
agreement
to
the
Pendleton
Business
Association.
No
refunds
will
be
given
except
in
the
event
your
application
is
denied.
